Manoto TV is an international free-to-air entertainment channel owned by Marjan Television Network. The documentaries, films, series, news and reports that the London-based channel airs seek to present new ways of thinking and authentic entertainment.
In addition to standard tracked data such as page views and visits, Manoto TV required a forensic level of data visibility on all live and on-demand video content across both web and app platforms.
Manoto TV invested in an enterprise analytics solution, Adobe Analytics, and brought us in as specialists to deliver on their complex digital data requirements.
We kicked off the discovery phase with requirements gathering sessions to understand the challenges facing the Manoto TV team. We then proceeded with the implementation and configuration of Adobe Analytics across their web platform. This allowed us to surface data on Adobe Analytics to deliver on Manoto’s complex requirements.
Manoto TV wanted to use Adobe Analytics for app download link tracking. We guided their app developers through Adobe Experience Platform SDK implementation for the native Manoto TV app across Android, Android TV, and iOS. This led to an improved level of data visibility for user interactions across app — in addition to the tracking we had implemented across web platforms.
Following the feedback received by Manoto TV’s team, we were able to plan out tracking needs and create the documentation required to upgrade their tracking. Once the tracking was implemented, we provided after care support through a series of training sessions and reports created for the Manoto TV team. They are now able to use the technology they have invested in with confidence.
