SDR (Junior/Mid)

Yard is an ambitious data-driven digital marketing agency with big plans. Following our acquisition by Koios, we're now looking for a driven sales development representative at junior or mid level to help us grow through new customers and to sell a wider set of services across the UK and Europe.

• Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
• Contact and qualify prospective customers
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software, cold calls, email, and other methods to generate new sales opportunities
• Use CRM software to manage leads and sales activities
• Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions with the sales representatives and follow-up
• Track progress towards meeting sales goals, provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
• Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
• Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities

Which skills and qualifications are a must have?

• One or more years of experience in sales
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral
• Proven, creative problem-solving approach, strong analytical skills, and work ethic
• Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member

Which are nice to have?

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or at least three years of relevant work experience
• Experience as a sales development representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotas
• Proficiency with CRM software
• Experience with Adobe's Marketing and/or Experience Cloud
