Red Nose Day Brings all the Cake to the Yard

18th March 2013 by Jennie Stamp | News & Events

Firstly, a huge THANK YOU to everyone who has so far donated. We raised more than we imagined and are extremely grateful to all you generous people. Even if you haven’t donated yet, fear not, you still can here, whether it be £2 or £20, anything will help make a difference.

Mad Edinburgh Yardies

On Friday everyone got into the spirit of the day and put their hat and red nose on.

Hats galore!

In the Edinburgh office we had a fabulous Red Nose cake from the lovely Emma, owner of Mrs C’s Cakes.

Thank you Mrs C's Cakes!

A fine spread in the Cardiff office consisted of brownies and carrot cake from Tara, red velvet cake from Chris Jenkins, burgers and banoffee pie from Dawid, and traditional Welsh cakes from Chris Charles.

The kind folk at Sainsbury’s PR recently sent us some tasty sweeties as part of the launch of their new confectionery range. So Jess made them into a multi-purpose sweetie hat for Red Nose Day. Delicious and useful!

No Mad Hatter’s Tea Party would be complete without a mad hatter and a mad March hare!

Thank you again for all of the donations and to all of the Yardies for making such an effort! The rest of the Red Nose Day photos are on our Facebook page.
