What did we do?
Built on successive years of exceeding targets by implementing an intelligent Search and Content strategy for 2017 that would deliver further growth for one of our longest standing clients. This included further technical search and content enhancements in addition to topical outreach.
Our strategy had to evolve to keep our client at the forefront of a competitive marketplace, by taking advantage of new opportunities to deliver growth for them.
How did we do it?
We crafted a strategy founded on detailed data and competitive analysis. This enabled us to pinpoint the areas to focus on and when to implement each activity for maximum impact on the metrics that matter to our client. Our content outreach used topical events and seasonal factors to generate unique angles that we could approach online publishers with. This allowed us to generate a high number of quality links.
With an already well optimised site, we were smart about testing further changes for incremental growth. This was reinforced with maintaining best in class technical hygiene and mitigating risk from the backlink profile. We also implemented a programme of Google My Business optimisation which directly drove significant growth in SERP visibility and revenue from Travel Money orders.
Outstanding. On top of exceeding our targets for organic traffic, applications and orders, we delivered on other fronts too, increasing organic visibility by 19%, visits by 122% and achieving an impressive ROI of £81.27 to every £1 spent.
