We are looking for a talented, proactive and organised Marketing Executive, who understands how to use marketing tools and processes both to raise awareness of a brand and contribute to the growth of the company.

Working with our Chief Revenue and Marketing Officer, Managing Director, Sales Development Manager and delivery teams, you’ll help organize and execute our marketing strategy and plans to build brand awareness, drive sales and achieve other business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES:

  • Marketing Communications Planning – Developing a communications plan which aligns with the overall marketing and sales strategy
  • Website, Social Media, newsletter and Blog – Developing and promoting Yard’s position as a market leader through use of owned channels
  • Marketing content creation & copywriting – writing or producing case studies, award submissions, blog posts, images, press releases and other marketing assets
  • Awards – Identifying relevant awards, planning and leading the writing of entries
  • PR – Generating and developing ideas for press communications to gain exposure both online and offline. Managing relationships with media outlets and influencers
  • Business Development support – general support at all stages of the sales process
  • Events – assisting with planning, organisation and management of events
  • Management and development of online profiles including on social media, local search and directory presence, review sites etc.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience of managing social media platforms
  • Expertise in B2B email marketing campaign creation and execution
  • Ability to produce content to engage target audiences
  • Liaising with external stakeholders
  • Understanding of multi-channel campaign management
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing techniques
  • Reporting skills and familiarity with standard analytical tools (web analytics, social media analytics etc.)
  • Strong understanding of and ability to identify marketing KPIs and key deliverables
  • The ability to quickly adapt, problem solve and learn
  • Self-starting attitude with the desire to learn and develop your skills
  • An affection for our just-f##n-do-it attitude to making things happen
