Yard is an ambitious agency group with big plans. We’re growing rapidly, having just acquired digital sustainability consultancy Aline. And so, we’re adding new Yardies to the team to support that growth.

We believe painstakingly long job specs are dull and a waste of time, so here’s a short summary of what we need:

A really brilliant writer.

A wordsmith. Someone who places together words as an art form. Someone that can communicate a story in an engaging and memorable way, whether that be a case study, award entry or blog post.

An ideator.

A person who can combine creativity and problem-solving to produce new ways of thinking. What haven’t we done yet? How can we be different, better, smarter? Help take our marketing to the next level.

A self-starter.

An ambitious individual, hungry to grow as Yard does. Someone who likes managing their own work schedule and load. And is comfortable taking responsibility for the outputs they deliver.
